    We are looking to build our business development team with a highly motivated individual capable of generating and qualifying new leads for our Account Executives.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Work as an integral part of a sales team focused on acquiring direct customers with service needs across a variety of trades - mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, and automated building controls.
    • Conduct extensive research on specific markets, analyze sales data and identify trends
    • Help to organize and drive targeted marketing campaigns
    • Develop lead lists of potential customers and make contact via phone, email, and social networking
    • Actively manage customer pipeline, update all contact information, lead status and communication notes on a regular basis
    • Maintain and advance customer relationships to ensure long-term success
    • Collaborate with Account Executives on content for sales presentations and work with internal marketing team to produce additional marketing materials
    • Work with a sales team to exceed set quotas and surpass customer expectations
    • Build internal relationships with the Mark III team
    • Foster high customer satisfaction ratings based on the company standards
    • Promote Mark III Construction’s brand

    Qualifications:

    • A desire to play a key role within a dynamic sales team and a hunger for success
    • Confidence and a willingness to engage potential customers
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
    • Highly organized with excellent time management ability
    • Must possess a valid and clean lean driving record
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must be a self-starter
