Servicing both commercial and industrial customers, our certified professional technicians perform installations, repairs and maintenance across a full spectrum of construction disciplines including HVAC/mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and plumbing.     We are looking to build our business development team with a highly motivated individual capable of assisting with initial concept design, providing pricing estimates, and managing multiple projects as well as sales staff. Our goal is to follow a building through its entire lifecycle and be there as its various component parts and integral systems come due for maintenance, repair, replacement, and eventually, repurposing.

    • Complete sales calls to generate new business, identify leads, and build on existing relationships
    • Build, and manage, a sales team focused on acquiring direct customers with service needs across a variety of trades - mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, and automated building controls.
    • Actively manage customer pipeline using internal database. Update all contact information, lead status and communication notes on a regular basis
    • Network with industry professionals and key associations to develop business opportunities


    • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term success
    • Collect and analyze sales data and market trends
    • Develop content for sales presentations and work with internal marketing team to produce additional marketing materials
    • Work to exceed set sales quotas and customer expectations
    • Build internal relationships with the Mark III team
    • Conduct job walks with Service Technicians and other team members
    • Develop proposals, scope of work descriptions and pricing estimates for current and prospective clients
    • Successfully negotiate preventative maintenance and service contracts with customers
    • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients requirements are met
    • Turn projects over to operations team for execution and installations
    • Monitor incoming contracts/orders to ensure they are submitted accurately and fulfilled effectively
    • Resolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings according to the company standards
    • Promote Mark III Construction’s brand



    • Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and/or plumbing systems
    • A desire to provide superior customer service and a hunger for success
    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
    • Minimum three years of previous sales experience in a construction service environment
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Highly organized with excellent time management ability
    • Must possess a valid and clean lean driving record
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • Ability to develop and present proposals to potential customers, negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must be a self-starter
    • Professional presence
    • Proven track record of working to KPI’s and achieving sales targets
