    Marketing Coordinator

    We are looking for an entry level Marketing Coordinator to join our team and to help implement our marketing and advertising activities through campaigns and strategies to drive traffic to increase revenue for Mark III Construction.


    • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure projects are hitting deadlines
    • Gather, create and analyze marketing data
    • Assist with marketing campaigns set by the marketing team
    • Assist with organizing promotional events/tradeshows
    • Assist with advertising campaigns including press releases
    • Assist with website development
    • Create advertising materials (brochures/newsletters)
    • Analyze marketing trends and competitors’ methods
    • Assist in creation of SEO, content and design strategies
    • Maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
    • Maintain marketing library and update white papers
    • Assist with online social media that includes employee spotlights and project profiles
    • Assist with coordination of client and vendor Lunch & Learns
    • Manage master calendar and event calendar
    • Ad hoc administrative projects/responsibilities
    • 60% of the time working on marketing specific initiatives and 40% on administrative tasks



    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
    • 1+ year of experience preferred
    • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
    • Experience using Adobe Suites (specifically Photoshop and InDesign are a must)
    • Experience with SEO campaigns
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • Team oriented with a great attitude who’s willing to learn and grow
    • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google
