    Mark III Construction is currently looking to hire a Document Control Manager for our Sacramento office. The document control position will work with all trades on various tasks related to the position.

    • Assist in the development of documentation standards including document layout, storage location and naming conventions.

    • Review and publish standard procedures, forms, and training documents that adhere to the company standards.

    • Maintain standard document revisions.

    • Review existing internal and external forms to bring them current to new company standard.

    • Audit existing file structure to ensure file naming conventions and storage locations adhere to company standards.

    • Train groups or individuals on how to name and store files within the company server/file structure.

    • Develop PDF forms that can include data input in the form of text boxes, check boxes, option buttons & formulas.

    • Assist in the development of field tools that allow for access and editing of company files and forms.


    • Background in construction and construction processes

    • Education, certifications, or experience in relevant field

    • Understand of business processes

    • Experience with document control management

    • Ability to implement and enforce standards and processes

    • Experience in LEAN process improvement

    • Ability to work with a team and independently

    • Possess excellent written and verbal skills

    • Detail oriented and meticulous work ethic

    • Works well under pressure and expert data organizer

    • Excellent analytical ability and archival experience

    • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
