Mark III Construction is currently seeking a Plumbing Trade Specialist for the Sacramento area. This specialist will play a key role in coordinating and working between the preconstruction division and the field team.


  • Responsible for production of 3D Construction models from base information
  • Provision of construction detailing on the systems to enable the automatic production of isometrics and BOM
  • Design and detailing of services support systems
  • Development of mechanical systems and designs, coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards
  • Production of 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and details
  • Attend design, client & site meetings as required
  • Collaboration with other trades
  • Field surveying and verification when necessary
  • Management of drawing schedules
  • Problem solving and resolution of coordination and design road blocks
  • Attendance at design and construction reviews
  • Assistance in the overall development of the BIM protocols and systems
  • Liaison with Mark III site staff in interpreting and amending models
  • Remain fully up to date with the drawing management
  • Complete material procurement schedules and requisitions
  • Programming (timelines) for projects
  • Adherence to company manuals and processes
  • Deal with sub-contractors, client consultants and GC to ensure correct installation
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to Company Policies and systems
  • All other duties associated with this role
